Booking Policies
Everything you need to know about booking, payment, cancellations and your appointment with Vita Home Spa.
Opening Hours & Booking
- Appointments are available every day from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
- Book online through our booking page or contact us on WhatsApp at +971 50 695 4021.
- We recommend booking in advance, especially for evenings, weekends and public holidays. Same-day appointments may be available, subject to therapist availability.
- Your booking is confirmed once it has been accepted, and you will receive a confirmation.
Payment
- Payment is taken when your booking is accepted.
- We accept credit cards, debit cards and direct bank transfer.
- All payments are processed through a secure payment gateway.
Cancellations & Changes
- More than 2 hours before your appointment: 100% refund.
- Less than 2 hours before your appointment: no refund.
- To cancel or reschedule, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
- If we are unable to provide a therapist for your booking, you will receive a full refund.
- Refunds are processed within 5 working days.
Locations & Travel
- We come to homes, apartments, villas and hotel rooms across Dubai.
- An AED 50 transportation fee may apply to distant locations.
- If you are booking at a hotel, please check that the hotel allows in-room treatments.
Preparing for Your Massage
- Your therapist brings the massage table, fresh towels and linens, massage oils, music and everything needed for your treatment.
- Please prepare a quiet, comfortable space with enough room for the massage table and for your therapist to move freely around it. For couples massages, allow space for two tables.
- We recommend being ready a few minutes before your appointment so your treatment can begin on time.
Your Health & Comfort
- Please tell your therapist about any injuries, pain, recent surgeries, allergies, pregnancy or medical conditions before your treatment begins, so it can be adapted where appropriate.
- Massage may not be suitable if you have a fever, contagious illness, certain acute injuries or specific medical conditions. If you are unsure, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.
- If you are not happy with your treatment at any point, you can stop the session. We will send you a feedback link and review your case.
Our Professional Standards
- Vita Home Spa is a professional mobile massage service. Our therapists provide massage treatments only.
- All treatments are strictly therapeutic. Any inappropriate comments or requests will end the booking without a refund.
- Therapists may decline to set up if the location is not safe or if the booking details are inaccurate.
Packages, Add-ons & Gift Cards
- Massage packages are valid for 6 months from purchase.
- Add-ons are available with 60 or 90-minute bookings only.
- Digital gift cards are delivered instantly and can be redeemed on any Vita massage.
- Promo codes such as FIRST10 apply to your first booking only.
