Yes. You can arrange treatments for couples, friends or family members. Multiple therapists can be arranged depending on availability.

We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 4 hours in advance. Late cancellations or changes may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your booking.

Very little preparation is needed - we bring the spa experience to you. Your therapist will arrive as close as possible to your scheduled appointment time, fully equipped with the massage table, fresh towels, massage oils and everything needed for your treatment.

Simply prepare a quiet, comfortable space with enough room for the massage table and for your therapist to move freely around it. We recommend being ready a few minutes before your appointment so your treatment can begin promptly.

You can wear whatever you feel comfortable in before and after your massage. Your therapist will guide you on how to prepare for your chosen treatment while ensuring your privacy and comfort throughout the experience.

Yes. Vita Home Spa offers treatments specifically designed for pregnancy and the postnatal period. Please inform our team when booking so we can recommend the appropriate treatment. If you have recently given birth, are experiencing pregnancy complications or have specific medical concerns, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before booking.

Massage may not be suitable if you have a fever, contagious illness, certain acute injuries or specific medical conditions. Please inform your therapist of any relevant injuries, pain, recent surgeries, allergies, pregnancy or medical conditions before your treatment begins so the treatment can be adapted where appropriate.
